Nedbank seems to be stuck in the 18th century

I have ordered a new card from Nedbank on 10 February. They ensure their customers they will receive their card with 2-3 business days. I am still waiting on the 9th business day for my card. I have contacted the call centre on numerous occasions and have been told the card will be delivered the same day. the person I spoke to yesterday even cut the call as he didn't feel like dealing with me. do not open an account at Nedbank. Their fees are ridiculously high and they have zero customer service.
