Nedbank seems not to care about its clients.

My mother passed away in January 2015. She had 4 small investment with Nedbank. In the second week of February my sister and I went to the Plumstead branch of Nedbank to inform them of my mothers passing away. Her estate is small so a lawyer was not required. My sister and I filed all the documents at the Masters office and early March we received the letter from the Master that we could continue rounding up the estate. We then took all the required documents to Nedbank and requested them to close the accounts and pay all the monies into an estate account that we created at FNB. <br> After a month I contacted Nedbank Plumstead to inquire as to the progress of the estate. Kerry-Anne informed me that the estate section in Pretoria whom is dealing with the matter has a backlog but they will get to it. A month later they were still working on the back-log. I contacted them again this time my late mom's ID was not clear as they could not see her face clearly. No she is dead and what would a clear ID of the face help them. The ID number is what is required. Well the ID was presented to the branch for them to scan and send of to Pretoria. This is now July and again documents are requested.
