Nedbank- "See money difficultly"...

It's been 24 hours since I made an ATM Cash Deposit at Nedbank to my card but the funds are not reflecting in my account. Funny the whole transaction was confirmed as successful and even received SMS showing my new balance...then following morning the funds are not there. Then listen to the stories the Nedbank people come up with when I asked..."Because you used your card sir the funds are on your card, not cleared to your account yet"...or "What happens sir is if you make a deposit after 5pm it will take 24hours to clear"... Ridiculous!!! What kind of bank is Nedbank...Post Bank is better because they will write your new balance in your bank book by pen. Such nonsense from a bank that supposedly helps us " See money differently "... Pathetic ban****
