Nedbank ********

i have been experiencing a problem with an unauthorised debit order, i then went into the branch about the issue, i was advised to open a new one but i had a negative of R-16 then there was an activity throughout the month and the balance went up to R-76 which i then angrily settled it. now im trying to close the acc but i am being told i cant close it today i have to call tomorrow but if there is an activity i'll have to settle the future amount as well. I WANT THE ACCOUNT CLOSED TODAY. STOP TRYING TO MAKE PETTY MONEY.
