Nedbank ********

I'm here again after receiving no help from nedbank I run out of options my account was ****med for them to assist me they can't i filed the complaint in August nothing was done I went back only to find out they only send my complaint through in September now we are in October I went there yesterday only for them to tell me I made the purchase face to face. I'm in rusternburg and the transactions was made in Johannesburg I was no where near Johannesburg at the time the purchase was made. I could've have made a purchase that time because my account didn't have any money in it so how do I purchase something while your account doesn't ha e money in. Asoon as I made a deposit in my account my money dissappears the bank tells me I'm owing them. I dissapointed because I waisted so much airtime calling them they just send me for pillar to post I've gotten nowhere and my money has not been returned to me what should I do next
