NEDBANK ********!!!!

I am truly and deeply disturbed by the lack for customer service received by Nedbank bank I had an existing loan with them which i paid up in full, FEB 2020 the collecting consultant who assisted me Janine Snell and also advised that after 6 months Ned bank would be removed from my credit score which is 1 yr going on 6 months now and still showing as my account is active and in arrears and is crippling my score because of someone who didn't find it necessary job...im sitting with a paid up letter but my records show that I'm in 11 months arrears how can someone pls assist me with this matter cos it is now long over due and cant find anyone to assist me !!!! the REF NEDBANK: *** I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF THIS COULD BE ATTENDED TOO AND REMOVED OFF MY NAME AND CLOSED PLS !!!
