I have a R 69,99 debit order for a funeral policy from you of my FNB account. No ref number only the info below:

135 revonia Rd sandton, NCCF *** - this number does't work.

I have reported this as I see this is not the first time you are allowing this. Where is the authorization? I want the name and details of the person that did this.
