Nedbank **** - check your statements

I have just about had it with Nedbank. I have been banking with Nedbank since the late 90's and expected a better experience for being a loyal customer. In August, I called in to their customer services, had my billing cycle date changed to ensure that any transactions I did was on my billing date, which should allow me 55 days interest-free to pay back the amount used. Each month, I have paid back what was used precisely on my pay day (WELL WITHIN THE 55 DAYS) and again transacted on the billing cycle date. And so the cycle continues. HOWEVER, Nedbank is still charging me interest, even though I am sticking to the billing cycle. Also, I am getting charged VAT on THREE SEPARATE AMOUNTS ie greenbacks linkage, credit card facility and again after maintenance fee is debited on my credit card! Why are these 3 charges not charged once per month and Vat charged once off per month, instead each is being charged on different dates, and Vat is being charged each time! I want these interest charges reversed, because I am paying my balance well withing the 65 days interest-free period. This is a complete *******! I will definitely be looking to change banks.
