NEDBANK **** *** asking ID# - FNB clients being targeted!

I am livid! as this NEDBANK *** **** has debited R241.00 from my acc. *** ...Im not associated with NEDBANK in anyway - I'm with FNB. When I called this number they asked for an ID# which I obviously refused to give, apparently consultant unable to assist without ID# what does my ID# got to do with this? Very Suspicious! I cannot believe FNB is allowing this, where is the security measures? I trusted my bank to protect my money...I feel sick!
