Nedbank Savvy account R200 rebate

Nedbank telesales people lie a lot or should I say they like misrepresenting their products when they sell over the phone to make us think it's a good deal. I was lured into taking a Savvy account under the pretence of getting R200 rebates every month at the last day of the month. I took the account in February and I have emails of communication between me and Nokuthula assuring me that my rebate for February will be paid in at the end of March. Today is the 31st of March and I haven't received it. When I follow up I speak to Keshal who then says I took the account on the 12th of February and it wasn't a full month therefore I'll only start qualifying for a rebate end of April. So between Nokuthula and Keshal someone is not being honest. It's not the 1st time I sign up for something with nedbank and I get misrepresentation. #SupportLocal
