Nedbank Savannah Mall Polokwane, NO GO!!

WORST WORST CLIENT SERVICE EVER!! I'm very upset. Woke up one morning and saw that my account has been frozen. I contacted the call centre where they advised me to go to the bank to FICA. No problem, went to the bank twice, stood in long cues. Finally when I was in the front, they started helping other people before me. When I complained they just continued to help others before me. I am so very disappointed with this branch(Savannah Mall, Polokwane) I had to arrange transport twice to go there. They better fix my account and very quickly too. And I'm moving to FNB!!!
