Nedbank Sasolburg service sucks!

I once again had the misfortune of visiting Nedbank Sasolburg branch to collect my credit cards. There is only one queue for tellers and enquiries which meant another 50 minutes of standing just to pick up a credit card. There are six teller cubicles, however only three were operating - then one went on lunch, leaving only two to do everything. Whoever thought that this system was a good idea is very much mistaken. The level of service at this branch is terrible and this is not the first time that I've had this experience. Nedbank needs to reconsider their setup.
