Nedbank Santon

I would like to make a complain about Nedbank office in Sandton JHB Rivonia Road. I have been dealing with two of their employees, who have said they were doing tasks and they have not. They do not respond to emails, they have been very unprofessional and rude. This is a sensitive subject for my family and I who are trying to put our lost sister and aunt to rest but this can not be finalized because of unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic.
