nedbank - same old unhelpful bunch

before i left for overseas i made sure with my personal banker ( business account ) that email indemnities were in place and that once here i could send a UK mobile number to which SMS could then be sent for OTP verifications.... Guess what - I cant get stuff done now that i am here - NEDBANK never works! can someone please contact me who knows what they are doing - i have a business to run and no banker who can help!!
