Nedbank, SAA Voyager - the worse Bank Loyalty Card

Nedbanks credit card and the linked South Africa Airways Voyager programme has to be the worse credit card and loyalty programme ever. <br> <br> We never receive any correspondence or updates from Nedbank or Voyager of points or free tickets and when I call or e-mail to enquire about this - I never get any response or get incorrect information.<br> <br> In this day of customer service - this is really pathetic.<br> <br> I would not advise anyone to join Nedbank or Voyager - FNB is the way to go.
