Nedbank ‘s utterly terrible and disappointing service

Nedbank is a terrible bank. They suspended my account for no reason at all and when I called the helpline they confirmed that it was suspended and there is no reason, the level of incompetence at this bank is just beyond high, you provide the necessary documents when required but nothing is ever done on time and communication with clients is poor. This is the worst bank I have interacted with.
