Nedbank *****s my money

I ask Nedbank to stop the sage offering that i got from them in Feb. it was only stopped in end of April and they kept on charging me the fees. i could not stop it myself because it was a deduction direct from the bank. My personal banker Bianca Naidoo was NO help. Nedbank is still awing me the money after they said that they will pay. I think the next step wil be the bank ombud.
