Nedbank's Excellent Service Consultant
During August Nedbank took money from my account without authorization. With excellent service by Natasha Swanepoel of the Nedbank Somerset Mall branch my problem was resolved within days. She went out of her way following up, sending e-mails and getting the matter resolved for me. It is really a wonderful experience to receive such good service! Natasha truly deserves a bonus for customer service.
