Nedbank's Bad Service and not making things happen

So this is the fantastic service that Nedbank delivers. I have waited a whole week for you to get back to me as to why my over draft was not approved. You tell you will appeal the decision but no feedback.this has been going on for 3 months. I am now going to turn to social media and to hello peter and the news papers. Month end is creeping up and my business needs support but Nedbank who claims to make things happen is definitely not not doing that and fact has forced me to the point of tell any one I meet to not support Nedbank in a business or personal capacity. You service and communication stinks as far as I am concerned. After getting approval in writing that you will honor all my debit orders on both my business and personal bank accounts with a temporary overdraft, Nedbank reversed the debit orders. You then said Nedbank would reverse all the charges as you had confirmed the debit orders would be paid and they were not. Now after 3 months the charges have not been reversed and I am out hundreds of rand in bank charges. Thanks Cliff and Nedbank Fourways for the great service.
