Nedbank *****s

I paid R700 into a wrong account on the 28th of August. So after Nedbank call centre agents advised me to go in branch and log the complaint I was left in the dark till now. Now on the phone with your call centre and Im told this is not possible to be done in branch and after 30days I cant recall that money!!! This is ****** ludicrous!!! Your cashier in branch told me she will try and find the money. For 4 months she did nothing and was told she lodged a complaint on my behalf. This is *****ing from your clients!!! I want my money!!!!
