Nedbank ruining my name

My name is busisiwe Maria Nkosi I have a problem I have a loan at Nedbank they dedicate every Friday but last week they didn't dedicate now send a massage as if there's no money in my card which money they want because even now the money available pls help me because there's no massage show the return .Nedbank is not a right bank because they hide money after a 7th of the month they or after the transunion update they call me tells me I'm owing the money that I don't know but always I paid the money even now they hide R2000 they tell me about 300.pls help they block if need a loan.pls help
