Nedbank - Ruined my whole family!

📢 PUBLIC COMPLAINT AGAINST NEDBANK Nedbank has frozen our bank account—and the accounts of over 450 other South Africans—simply because we once transacted with a client who turned out to be under investigation. We are not suspects. In fact, we submitted full proof of innocence to Nedbank, the NPA, and our own bank (Capitec) months ago. ⚖️ A court order was granted, instructing the NPA to unfreeze our accounts. The NPA has comp**** and does not oppose the order. Nedbank refuses to follow the court's instruction, claiming they're “not done with their internal investigation.” 💡 Why is Nedbank ignoring a legal order and continuing to punish innocent people—some of whom can’t access salaries, savings, or pay their bills? Why didn't Nedbank investigate the account that received the R180 million, instead of targeting hundreds of innocent downstream recipients? This has caused severe personal and financial damage. On our account alone, at least 10 people have been directly affected. This is our business’s working capital, and we have been unable to honour supplier payments, staff needs, and client obligations. I’ve been forced to borrow money to survive—while trying to provide for my 3-year-old child. My marriage is hanging on a thread. This is more than a banking issue—it's a humanitarian one.
