Nedbank ruined my credit profile

About 2 years ago somebody used my details to try get a loan from Nedbank, the consultant called to verify when he suspected some of the documents given. I confirmed I did not apply for a loan in Nedbank and I have never been to that area in my life. I was told to go to the police station with my id and open a case, sign 10 times and send to Nedbank. I did that and they still went ahead and blacklisted me. It’s been 2 years of hell, I can’t get credit anywhere. When I realised this I started calling their forensic department and was told they will send a clearance letter, which they did but it’s not helping me. I’ve called multiple times to tell them to remove my listing from the bureau no one is interested in helping. I can’t even get a clothing account it’s soo bad. I’ve never seen such bad service. Nedbank has ruined my life, I will never recommend to anyone for anything
