Nedbank rude consultant

Just had a call feom a very rude consultant from the collection department. I changed banking details and informed the bank but they went on to attempt to collect from the previous bank account and it bounced. I sent an email to the care department nobody responded and today I had to make a call and they siad will collect tomorrow.

Now this rude consultant called me with an intimidating voice to say im owing and told her off and asked her dont they communicate with other departments. She was rude and dropped my call in the middle of a conversation. If you default once these consultants want to treat you like a ******** yet when selling products banks are all lovey dovey
