NEDBANK RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS WITH NO CLIENT SERVICE SKILLS

The claims depratment is very rude and unprofessional,the institution is more like a ponzi scheme than an fsp,whe you need to claim they will take you from pillar to post.Some consultants will even pretend as if the line is bad just to demotivate you and hang up.We pay premiums every month but nothing gets done when we need assistance,its as if i am begging while i am a paying customer.
