Nedbank ******* Service

Very poor service. I have been struggling for months to get my bank cards ordered and delivered. How difficult can it be??? Really? Two in-branch attempts and four telephone attempts. Still nothing. We struggled with cards for our bussiness account too. There must be better and easier out there....
