Nedbank Rosebank Disgusting Service

I have had a Nedbank account for 40 years and then they decide to put me on personal banking. The manager I was allocated to was removed 2 or 3 years ago. because I am a personal banker I cannot get assistance from the help line and cannot get assistance from my Branch. I have been into Rosebank branch at least 3 times asking them to remove me from Personal banking which they refuse to do ??? I also have 2 banking app profiles which they said they would consolidate in November last year and despite numerous requests they have not done this yet. Nedbank Rosebank has the most disgusting service !!!!!
