Nedbank Robs people. The worst bank ever

Do Nedbank over charged me for settling my personal early..they charged I interest and monthly service fee on a closed account. Why should I pay the the consultants mistake for not closing the account when I had called in to close it and Siyabonga said it will be closed and I will be credited the extra money that was overpaid.

Logged a complaint now they tell me that the account was not closed hence they charged interest and service fee..I need to know interest/ service fee on what as the account was settled??

I would not recommend Nedbank as a bank of choice..FNB is still the most innovative, service oriented, meet customer's needs bank ever...Nedbank is the worst nje.

Can't wait for ripple to take over so that we dnt have to deal shrewd shameless day light ******* banks.
