Nedbank robs my account monthly no explanation

Nedbank has all these debits on my account that don't have proper description. When I asked consultants over their chat feature, consultant just ignores you flat. No one has an explanation for all the R5s and R90s they are debiting. I'm sorry this is my money IL take it somewhere safe if Nedbank wants to rob people I won't be one of those people.
