Nedbank robbing and *****ing from SA Citizens

On 20-Feb-2017 at 17:37, I deposited R7,200 Cash at the Nedbank_Atm__****arney branch into my Nedbank Cheque Account, and i instantly received an sms for same and i also got a printed_receipt that this amount was deposited into my Account, but to my amazement when i logged-in into my Account the following day (Tuesday 21 at around15:30) that amount deposited was not reflecting into my Bank Account!

the sms i received shows the deposit and my new balance the second i made the deposit but not on my Bank Account.

Now, that's what I call a "*****ed Bank", "*******". This reminds me of those small corner cafe where they have a loaf of bread at the till, and when you come to pay and they rings a few items, including the loaf of bread, and if you don't question, they'll sell that same loaf of bread 10 times a day to 10 different people, and same principle here : which is, they Acknowledge that they've received your deposit and an sms is sent to clients, but they don't reflect it into one's actual Bank_Account, and if some people don't question and ask, this is passed as a mistake, same like th loaf of bread and "so conveniently" becomes Nedbank's money, and that's what we call "legal Theft".

**************** is everywhere. Walk into a Supermarket and see an items at R19.95 and your trolley has 45 items, would you remember which items attracted your attention as being cheap for you to put it into your trolley ? Answer is no! and guess what ? When the same item is rand as R22.95, you don't really "see" it and that's how they "get you", but if you happened to pick-up the "so called error", they say "oops, sorry, tag/barcode mistake" and correct it. And, once again, same with Nedbank, if people don't pick-up this "technical mistake", it's gone into the big directors' pockets, and that's how "they make things happen", and that's what i call "vagabond Practices" of the lowest class.

I've heard that FNB has the Best Technology and even Capitec has improved and has made a big footprint in the Banking arena.

Maybe i should send an email to the Ombudsman and copy most banks to show who's ****ing-off customers/clients for unnecessary reasons, or maybe Nedbank does have a "motive" for these kind of practices, right ? like i mentioned ........

Client : Wareshally Allyreza

Account : Cheque Account ending 9016

Contact : ********** 265

What a pathetic bank, taking chances - for our hard earned money !

Would FNB have done that ? = No!

Woluld Capitec have done that = No !

Would Standard Bank / ABSA have done that = No!

No even African Bank

Thank-you to the gentleman that responded from Nedbank, and made me understand that Deposits does not always reflect instantly, and that sometimes it takes Up to 2 days.
But, thank-you for responding and Caring !
