I am very crossed, yesterday I was at the branch in Lambton, Germiston. Philile was assisting me as I needed an evidence that I have been paying one of my recipients. on Monday I called the call center and I was told I could collate payment of a particular recipient on my app. the lady was Nqobi. so I went to the branch and after waiting for close to 45 mind I was assisted by a lady. her name was philile. I asked to compile payments for that particular recipient and she told me, it's not possible. She then disappeared and came back with a compressed statement. Today, I look at my app I am charged R1380 for those statements, it's compressed. She promised me that I won't be charged. Really this is ****************.
