Good day. L:ast year November a lady called me from Nedbank and told me that she can see that I get e notes (SMS) on my phone that Nedbank charge for that. I told her that she must cancel my e notes and that I don't want it. She then told me that Nedbank will not charge me because I am a loyal customer. December came and gone without e note charges but in January 2026 Nedbank started to charge me, The charges is arount R 20. WHY NEDBANK DO YOU TELL PEOPLE THAT IS LOYAL TO THE BANK THAT THEIR WILL NOT BE CHARGES BUT THEN YOU GUYS CHARGE>. How many people is in the same boat and we make Nedbank just richer of do Nedbank need the money and now they ***** it from their clients.
