Nedbank Roadcover - Unresolved Claim and ********** Customer Service

Dear HelloPeter,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Nedbank Roadcover's customer service. Since Monday, August 5, 2024, I have been attempting to lodge a claim for my Roadcover, but to no avail.

Each time I contact Nedbank Roadcover, I am transferred from one agent to another, only to have the call drop before the transfer is complete. There has been absolutely no follow-up on my part, and I feel as though Nedbank is intentionally avoiding my claim.

This is an unacceptable level of service, and I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter.
