Nedbank Riverside Mall Nelspruit

I would like to acknowledge and thank Mr Isaac Msana from the Nedbank Branch in Nelspruit, Riverside Mall. Please forward him this rating if time permits you. And the staff in general there were excellent. I have visited both the branches in Burgersfort, Limpopo (Tubatse Mall & Boxer Centre) and spent a lot of time on the phone with the Nedbank call centre trying to get my online banking or Money App to do EFT’s on my stand alone credit card account to NO AVAIL and no accurate answer/a as to why I cannot do these transactions. I walked in at the Riverside branch and within seconds of speaking with the enquiry ladies they explained to me that one must have a “Primary Account” (Cheque etc) to link your Credit Card to, to do these transactions, I thanked them for clarifying, and told them about my long week with Nedbank but that they’ve restored my faith in Nedbank and therefore I was willing to open the appropriate account to achieve and do what I need to do with the Credit Card account. I was taken to Mr Msana’s office to be assisted quickly and effortlessly. My primary card is on it’s way, but my account is already linked and I can do exactly what I wanted to do even before I received it. Very happy!! Thank You Nedbank Riverside Nelspruit.
