NEDBANK RISK

22/12/2023 I reported an error when I transferred money into an incorrect beneficiary's account. I requested Nedbank to reverse the funds. It is now 20/2/2024 and I have yet to receive my money. I have been with Nedbank for 20 years and their Risk, Personal Banker and Investigations are appalling. Don't go to NEDBANK.
