Nedbank Rips people off....

Have a loan with Nedbank, had financial difficulties and I joined debt consolidation for a while it ended up not working for me and canceled after 2years. I called Nedbank so I can do payment myself was told it's no longer in branch level and that I was handed over. Payed through my app as I could and their lawyers called me I made arrangements to pay R500 monthly, they took R1000 in my account since I have an account with them and worse part today they took R32000 out of my account on top of a R500 payment I did and few days ago they also got into my account and took money they took an amount of R4000 from my account while I earn a salary of R5000 how do they expect me to pay fees and put food on the table.

I am highly disappointed in the service of Nedbank after so many years of being a dedicated client
