Nedbank ripping of own customers

I would like to know, how come I, as a loyal Nedbank customer, am charged R40 bank charges at an ATM when withdrawing R2000, but if I withdraw R2000 from my company's Std Bank card at the very same ATM, the charge is only R9?? Why are Nedbank treating their own people like this???
