Nedbank *******

Miney was sent into my account and as soon as the money came it just went missing. I called the Nedbank call centre and the agent told me they deducted x3 R35 for statements. I went to nednak to go draw a 3 minths bank statement it didnt come out. I tried pulling another 3 months bank statement and only 1 page came out. I asked the lady that works at nedbank to assit me and so she did and i got the 3 months bank statement but she never told me there will be cost involved. Nedbank is just a total ******* charging R105 just for bank statements
