Nedbank *******

Monday 21 October I ask person on online banking for statment it comes it's 1 month I go later the day directly asking 4 3 month statment because I'm paying 30 rands every tym wen statment came it was 1 month so had to request it a third time on same day for month I didn't have so it cost me 90 rands from nedbank to Get a 3 month statment with is a ******* for 6 pages that was emailed and they didn't do wat I asked .... banks
