NEDBANK REWARDS IS A ****

Nedbank has the worse customer service ever. Trying to explain to consultants what your problems are almost gave me an aneurysm. They understand nothing. There rewards is totally ****. I don't even know why they bother. They have secretly been deducting greenbacks from me and surely from alot of people. Highly considering changing banks.
