Nedbank Reward

So 4 months back I opened an account with Nedbank. During the application I was advised that if I switch my salary I will be rewarded with R1000 provided I will be receiving my salary there for 2 months or more. So I did exactly that. I'm telling you till today I haven't received that reward as promised and as confirmed that I have qualified for it.
