NEDBANK REVERSED A DEBIT ORDER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

I don't know what is going on at Nedbank but their service is really poor lately, on Monday I asked them to reverse 2 unauthorized debit orders on my account and gave them the reference numbers and amounts. Now I have just found out that they also reversed the debit order for my car tracker which was debited at the beginning of the month. As I am currently trying to sort this issue my vehicle is at risk as it not covered by the tracker company because I have breached their contract. I don't understand why Nedbank would go and reverse a debit order I did not ask them to reverse.
