NEDBANK REVERSAL

I am under debt review and on my side I completed every document for my application, so now I get debited twice last month from Nedbank and my Debt Review program and as a result of that I didn't manage to pay my rent last month, I've been calling nedbank and pleading with them to reverse the amount since I have been debited for the debt review program, but they seem not to care whether I stay on the streets because of not being able to pay my rent. Can I ask nedbank to reverse the cash I really need it and I'm behind with one month of not paying the rent and at the moment I stay with my Cousins because my place is locked.
