Nedbank returns debit order without reason

I am and was a very proud Nedbank Platinum Account Holder. Was because I am in the process of moving my accounts over to ABSA bank. Despite of Nedbank Personal Loan and vehicle finance divisions that duplicated debit orders on my account in the last month and also put debit orders through my account unauthorised without amounts not related to any debit order that exists, purely clearing out the balance on my current account despite of all my accounts paid up to date. Yesterday it was the cherry on the cake. They returned my insurance debit order despite of a deposit made into my account on the same day they returned the debit order. Even on my bank statement the deposit came into my account and the very next transaction is returning my debit order. Oh and please don't expect a call from them to contact you first as they rather do it and when phoning up the call centre they cannot even find notes on the system to explain to you what happened and the person responsible is always on a lunch break. So if you consider trusting Nedbank with your money, good luck as they will do whatever they want in and out of your accounts.
