Nedbank retrenchment claim

I have been retrenched and submitted a claim in January for my credit card, to this day nedbank has not even processed my claim everytime I call I am given different stories, they ask for a different document everytime i call, if you don't call they don't actually do anything I'm so disgusted by their service
