Nedbank retained money and won't fix their problem

I deposited money on the 13 December and the machine retained my money i tried numerous times to rectify the matter but have since been sent from.1 place to another at the call centre up until I got hold of an Adele Olivier who promised to send me an email with an update since Tuesday the 14th but up until now she has not sent anything yet she asked for my details that i sent to her email *** My reference numbers are 829385 and 829380, I am furious with the service provided to me.
