<p>Nedbank took a judgement aginst me without my knowledge for an obscene amount of money.</p> <p>I found out only through me credit report. this was in November 2016.</p> <p>I then negotiated a settlement with the Attorneys concerned TI Maodi for an amount of R 22500.00. This was paid in Full on the 11/12/2016. I recieved a letter from the attorneys stating that this had been settled in full. I, in my personal capacity had to approach ITC to get this removed as Nedbank nor there attorneys would do this. This is in violation of the ammened CPA act. In February 2017 i then discovered that NEDBANK still had not removed the Judgement from the other credit agency Experian. What does not make sense is that i have been recieveing calls and messages stating that i owe them R 4500.00 outstanding. This is not the case as ITC woudl not have been able to remove this WITHOUT their knowledge. It is now the 9/3 /2017 and it still has not been resolved. They claim it takes seven days but this has been the best part of 3 months without resolution.</p> <p>My next step is to take them to court as they are Deliberatley damaging my credit profile without cause. I have spoken with Numerous people , lost my temper and become very insulting to Nedbank in the course of this - which is my right as they continue to trample on my rights.</p> <p>The last person i spoke to at the call center in Durban on ********** 6326 was suposedly a manger called Zenith to whom i e-mailed a copy of the settlement letter ( as they refused AGAIN to talk to their own attorneys) on 7/03/2016. I followed up today, and was told that she was not there, But in the same breathe , the person i spoke to said the Zenith had no idea who i was????? This again is breaking the law , as if i request to speak to a manager or supervisor they MUST oblige and do this. I warned them constantly that i would approach Hello peter and leave it in both Yours and my attorneys hands to take them to task the case number in question is NB ********** 8 at the attorneys and 6845/2016 with the court. thank you </p> <p> </p>
