Nedbank Retail recovery to good to pick up.

I have a Nedbank loan account that I have been trying to settle for the past 2 weeks. It was in arrears for a long time, but the call center tries to put me through to the retail recovery department. Then the system just says they cant take my call and cuts off. I just need a settlement letter with the discount stated so that I can arrange for the payment. But they dont seem to want any money from me...
