Nedbank response to loan

I app**** for a personal loan on 23 April 2022. It's the 27th of April I still haven't gotten a response.

Nedbank keeps sending messages saying that they are still processing my application.

The first time I app**** they responded in a matter of hourss6.

I'd like to know the outcome so that I can seek help elsewhere
