Nedbank resistance to help SME'S in these challenging times faced by many businesses

It is becoming quite a challenge to get any assistance from Nedbank, till date there has been no communication from the complaints department,only one email from Cody Francis stating he will handle this case of mine and since disappeared with out any trace...Nedbank was a bad decision i made when i started my business 12 years ago,by opening an account with them.My business has survived purely on my hard work and perseverance and never really got help from them.Many times i would fill out documents and also pay for accounting fees to get necessary documents and was declined.There is something i learnt over the years having my account with Nedbank, it is not a bank for helping SME'S .I also sense that you have to know someone in higher places to get any help,i can proudly say that would all the challenges with this bank, i survived many challenges and still kept my employees,providing them work so that they can look after their families.There is so much talk of funds allocated to Nedbank to assist SME'S in this challenging times ,however they not actually assisting businesses like mine,they holding onto this monies given to them by Government/private sector and forcing us SME'S out of business ,which will have a huge impact on our employees,thus rendering them out of a job.I am saddened by this act of Nedbank towards businesses that have been around over 10 years and now slowly heading to close their doors. my advise to those reading this article ,please be wise when you open an account with a bank,they will probably put you out of business rather than lend a hand in desperate times.
